RASPBERRY BERRET COCKTAIL
Gin, rhubarb, lemon and cava topped with raspberries
STARTERS
Buffalo mozzarella, crispy Parma ham, rocket and glazed figs
Tuna tartare with pickled strawberries, chives and aged balsamic
Sweet aubergine salad with spelt, dates, feta cheese and tahini dressing
MAINS
Treacle marinated chicken with butternut squash, potato fondant, tender stem broccoli and mushrooms
Tomato crusted hake with sweet and sour fennel and samphire
Beetroot risotto with horseradish goat’s cheese and baby watercress
DESSERTS
Pistachio cake with raspberries and golden crumble, lemon crème fraîche
All about chocolate: mousse, tuille, crumble, sauce, ice cream
Vanilla poached pear with passion fruit sorbet, exotic fruit compote
