A Spanish-inspired set menu, ready for spring time.
Featuring delicious blackened hake with vegetable paella and, for dessert, tarta de Santiago with clotted cream, The National Café and The National Dining Rooms’ new Spanish-inspired menu is available from 18 March – 7 July in honour of The National Gallery’s impressionist exhibition, Sorolla: Spanish Master of Light.
Our Sorolla Menu is inspired by the diversity of Spanish cooking, with recipes from Valencia to Galicia to Catalonia, all made with fresh, locally scoured ingredients.
