To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Royal Academy, Peyton and Byrne have worked to help create a superb London Dry Gin especially for the RA created by East London Liquor Company: the perfect spirit to toast the occasion. Known for its award-winning range of spirits created in East London and using the finest ingredients, East London Liquor Company is the perfect partner for the RA’s birthday celebrations. To create this signature gin, 100% British wheat spirit is infused with juniper berries, fresh lemon and grapefruit peel, coriander, angelica root, cubeb berries and cardamom and distilled in a state-of-the-art copper pot still. Mixed with the RA X Coates & Seely English Brut it creates the perfect French 75 cocktail, or as we like to call it, the RA250 75.
